Sit back and let the market do its work.
The gratitude of landlords at their trough
Will be a not unwelcome extra perk.
You’ll soon find that you’ve stacked them to the skies
And now it just remains to light their pyre.
In doing so, it’s best that you disguise
The tinder that will serve to start the fire.
