Steve is a Devon-based, Lancastrian exile, fond of mountains, music and beer. In a former life he was a governance specialist, reviewing public bodies for the now defunct Audit Commission. He has climbed mountains in the Alps, Himalayas, and North and South America. He now spends much of his retirement on Dartmoor or in the Lake District.
